For active clients, that means throughout our working relationship and typically for three years afterward. Taiwan regulations require us to maintain certain business records for specific periods, which affects how long we hold onto some data.

Event analysis data gets anonymized or deleted after project completion unless you've agreed to let us retain it for comparative analysis purposes. Even then, we strip out identifying information wherever possible.

We don't sell your data. Period. But there are limited situations where we share information with others:

1. Service Providers: Sometimes we work with specialized vendors for things like data storage or technical infrastructure. These partners are contractually bound to protect your information and can only use it for the specific services they provide to us.
